Contract Consolidation is the most financially rewarding service we provide our clients
and showcases our abilities to deal on a national level with the major elevator companies.
In the past we have successfully saved clients hundreds of thousands and in some
cases a million dollars over a 3-5 year re-negotiation of their existing maintenance
portfolio. Our fee is a set fee structure regardless of the outcome of the savings,
we will never quote a client a fee based on percentage saved as it is far too easy
to eliminate and manipulate services by the maintenance provider and short change
the client in the long term.
For larger national clients we have negotiated national agreements with all four
(4) major elevator companies to allow the individual properties the ability to choose
who will best serve their needs in that particular part of the country. It is unfortunate
but a reality that the same elevator company performs differently from city to city
and the ability to choose the best from each region is a benefit we enjoy providing
to our clients.
